Role Title: OpenShift Administrator Location: Sheffield/Hybrid (3 days per week on site) Duration: 12 months Rate: £415 per day inside ir35 Role Description: As an OpenShift Administrator you'll responsible for deploying, configuring, and managing OpenShift clusters that host workloads migrated from VMware. This role ensures platform stability, security, and performance while supporting automation and integration throughout the migration process. The administrator will work closely with infrastructure and application teams to maintain a resilient and scalable container platform. Key Responsibilities: . Deploy, configure, and manage OpenShift clusters to support migrated workloads from VMware. . Perform cluster installation, upgrades, patching, and scaling to meet operational and business needs. . Configure networking components, including CNI plugins, ingress controllers, and load balancers for secure connectivity. . Integrate storage solutions with OpenShift clusters to ensure performance and availability. . Monitor cluster health and performance, implementing proactive maintenance and troubleshooting. . As the Technical Infrastructure Architect you will work with operational and project teams to provide detailed designs and guidance on various aspects of infrastructure solutions. The role is responsible for producing high level and low level designs, and providing guidance and support for transition, transformation and delivery on a variety of initiatives such as SAN migrations, data centre moves, server based computing and desktop transformation technologies such as VDI and application virtualisation. The Technical Architect also applies functional knowledge and technical expertise to design systems that support customer needs. Exchange Specialist (Hybrid Exchange Build) Location: Hybrid - expenses for travel and accommodation in Ireland. Occasional visits to London. Contract: 4-6 months Start: ASAP +Outside IR35 +£500 - £535 a day We're looking for an Exchange Specialist with the technical chops and real-world experience to design and build a hybrid Exchange environment . This is a hands-on role for someone who's done this before and knows the difference between "it works in theory" and "it works in production." You'll be working as part of a project delivery team to implement a secure, scalable hybrid Exchange solution - integrating on-prem Exchange with Exchange Online, ensuring seamless coexistence, mail flow, and identity synchronization. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and configure a hybrid Exchange environment (on-prem + Exchange Online). Lead migration planning and execution for mailboxes, distribution lists, and shared resources. Implement best practices for security, authentication, and compliance (MFA, DKIM, SPF, DMARC, etc.). Work closely with Infrastructure and Security teams to integrate with Active Directory and Azure AD. Troubleshoot complex mail flow and hybrid connectivity issues. Document the environment, configuration, and migration procedures. Provide knowledge transfer and guidance to in-house IT teams. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience designing and implementing hybrid Exchange environments (Exchange 2016/2019 + O365). Deep understanding of Exchange Online, Azure AD Connect, and mail routing . Strong knowledge of PowerShell for automation and administration. Familiarity with M365 security & compliance features. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, configuration, implementation, and support of our SAP Time Management (PT) module. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes related to time and attendance, a strong technical background in SAP HCM, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with both business users and technical teams. Main Responsibilities: - Business Requirements: Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders related to time and attendance processes, including working time, absences, overtime, and shift planning. - System Configuration: Design and configure SAP Time Management (PT) solutions, including time schemas (PE01), time rules (PE02), time types, absence types, work schedules, and public holiday calendars. - Integration: Ensure seamless integration of the SAP Time Management module with other SAP modules, particularly SAP Payroll (PY), Organizational Management (OM), and Personnel Administration (PA). - Solution Design: Develop comprehensive functional specifications for custom developments, enhancements, and reports, and work closely with ABAP developers to ensure accurate implementation. - Testing: Conduct and support various testing phases, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT), and manage defect resolution. - Documentation: Create and maintain detailed system documentation, configuration guides, process flows, and end-user training materials. - Support & Training: Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot system issues, and conduct end-user training to ensure effective system adoption. - Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process and system improvements, staying up-to-date with SAP best practices and new technologies.
