Your new company You will be working for a charity based in Kent. Your new role My client is currently implementing a new HR/Payroll system, Zellis HCM Air and are looking for a contract implementation specialist with expertise in Zellis HCM Air and ResourceLink, to be the lead on the project. The role is ideal for someone who can quickly embed into an organisation and work closely with the Digital Transformation project team, HR and Payroll teams. Key Responsibilities:- Zellis HCM Air & ResourceLink Act as a subject matter expert in the configuration and use of Zellis HCM Air and ResourceLink. Experience in creating MyForms in MyView Experience of using workflows and an understanding of Power Automate. What you'll need to succeed You will need Strong HR system background with experience in fast-paced environments. Hands-on experience with Zellis HCM Air and ResourceLink (configuration, workflows, reporting). Understanding of payroll processes and HR-payroll data flows. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to work autonomously and deliver outcomes with minimal supervision. Experience supporting system testing, UAT. What you'll get in return This is a 3-month contract - Day rate is Dependent on experience - Location is hybrid/remote depending on candidate location.
