SIEM Security Engineer Contract - UK wide, with flexibility across multiple office sites, Hybrid Working (3 Days per week on site), Paying up to £558 Per Day, Inside IR35, Contract until March 2027 Your new role We are looking for an experienced SIEM Security Engineer to join a major long-term security programme, supporting the continued development and maturity of an established SIEM platform. This is not a greenfield implementation. You'll focus on expanding data ingestion, developing detection use cases, improving monitoring and optimising the existing SIEM capability. Network Coverage Analyst Contract - UK wide, with flexibility across multiple office sites, Hybrid Working (2 or 3 days per week on site), Paying up to £465 Per Day, Inside IR35, 6 Month Initial Contract, To Start ASAP Your new role We are looking for a Network Coverage Analyst to join a major UK mobile network deployment and resilience programme, supporting the development and improvement of critical communications infrastructure. This is a great opportunity for someone from a RAN, RF planning, radio optimisation or mobile coverage background who enjoys using technical analysis to solve real-world network challenges. You'll work across 2G, 4G/LTE and 5G networks, analysing coverage and resilience requirements, reviewing change requests and assessing alternative technical solutions. A key focus will be supporting critical and emergency communications projects through desktop coverage analysis and power resilience planning. We're particularly interested in candidates with a solid grounding in mobile networks who can analyse coverage challenges, understand potential solutions and communicate their recommendations effectively. What you'll be doing: Analysing mobile network coverage, resilience and performance Carrying out desktop coverage analysis across critical communications projects Reviewing technical change requests and assessing alternative coverage solutions Supporting power resilience assessments and recommendations Using radio planning and coverage tools to model potential improvements Supporting RAN and mobile network deployment, rollout and coverage enhancement activity Analysing network data to identify coverage gaps, risks and opportunities Producing clear technical recommendations and reports Working closely with radio, network design, deployment and operational teams Engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders across complex infrastructure programmes Helping improve coverage planning, reporting and analytical processes You'll ideally bring experience in some of the following: Mobile network coverage analysis RF/radio planning RAN planning or optimisation 4G/LTE and/or 5G networks Mobile network deployment, design or infrastructure Network resilience or coverage improvement Radio planning/coverage modelling tools Analysing complex network or performance datasets Translating technical analysis into practical recommendations Previous exposure to critical communications or Emergency Services Network environments would be particularly useful, but isn't essential Existing SC would be advantageous but is not a requirement, as appropriate vetting can be undertaken What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now. We're partnering with a large London-based higher education organisation looking for an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join their HR team. This would suit someone who enjoys getting stuck into complex ER casework and can provide confident, pragmatic advice to managers within a busy and highly unionised environment. 3 month position Key responsibilities: Managing a varied portfolio of complex employee relations cases from start to finish Advising managers on disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance and capability matters Supporting more complex and sensitive cases, ensuring a fair and consistent approach Coaching managers through ER processes and helping build confidence in handling people matters Working closely with HR colleagues and key stakeholders across the organisation Interpreting HR policies and employment legislation and translating these into practical advice Maintaining accurate case documentation and identifying themes or trends across ER activity We're looking for: Strong, demonstrable employee relations experience Experience independently managing complex ER casework Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law Confidence working with senior managers and challenging constructively where needed Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience within higher education, the wider public sector or another unionised environment would be particularly beneficial This is a great opportunity for an ER professional who enjoys a hands-on, case-focused role within a complex organisation.
