Responsive Personnel are pleased to be working with a Hungerford based business who wish to expand their existing team due to business growth. As an Account Manager, you will be the face of the business with existing clients, offering them new services and solutions. Working hours: Monday to Friday. Two days per week can be hybrid (working from home). Three days per week will be office based or on site with your clients. Salary: £40,000 + car allowance + commission Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to): Existing relationships/customers Develop and maintain current business within the defined customer group. Review and manage stock holdings where appropriate. Develop new product/brand strategies with key stakeholders. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and complaint resolution. Brand / Product Proposition Work closely with Product Managers and Vendors to identify new opportunities to expand business within your customer set. Work with the sales channels to ensure your product sets are built into their sales opportunities. Profile and develop and in-depth knowledge of your customers and the profit opportunities. Onboarding Review target accounts and open lines of communication. Review credit limits. Experience & Qualifications: Must hold a full UK driving licence as travel to clients is required. Role: Warehouse Operative Hours: Monday to Friday - 8am - 4pm /Sunday to Thursday - 8am - 4pm (Shifts may change) Location: Chippenham Role Responsive Personnel are looking for Warehouse Operatives for a client based in Chippenham, you will be responsible for picking, loading, and stacking boxes as well as putting away heavy items using a mobile scanner and pallet trucks. This is an very active role with heavy lifting. Duties Conduct regular stock checks to maintain inventory accuracy. Carefully load, unload, and move heavy goods, including sofas, ensuring safety and efficiency. Move pallets as required throughout the distribution centre. Receive and sort customer returns. Pick goods according to order specifications, preparing them for shipment. Label goods accurately as required. Scan materials into and out of locations in line with company procedures to maintain inventory accuracy. Key Skills and Qualifications: Able to handle and move heavy goods safely. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications. Good understanding and experience working with warehouse management systems. High level of accuracy. Van Driver (2 Man team) Role: Van Delivery driver Location: Stansted (CM22) Pay:from £13.40 - £13.82 ph Days: Monday to Friday Hours: 06:00am starts Key Responsibilities: Carry out 8 - 12 deliveries to residential addresses each day. Load, unload, and secure goods safely in the van. Provide excellent customer service at every drop, ensuring professionalism and courtesy. Complete all delivery paperwork and use handheld devices/scanners where required. Conduct daily vehicle checks, report defects, and maintain cleanliness of the van. Follow all road safety regulations and company policies. Requirements: Full UK driving licence (with no more than 6 penalty points). Previous van driving or multi-drop delivery experience preferred.
