Proven strategic leadership across Marketing, Product and Digital/E-Commerce. Strong B2B marketing experience, ideally within manufacturing or specified products. Experience developing product strategies, multi-year roadmaps and brand strategies. Strong digital, E-Commerce and marketing communications experience. Excellent commercial, analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to turn market and customer insight into action. Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills, particularly with commercial and sales teams. Strong project and programme management skills, with experience managing multiple priorities and budgets of around £2m. It would be great if you also have Experience within manufacturing, construction products, flooring, wall cladding or another specified B2B product environment. Experience working across markets including Europe, America, Australia and/or China. Fluency in a European language, particularly German. You will be based at our Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire HQ, but will also have responsibility for teams based in Lowestoft, Suffolk and Maiden Newton, Dorset.
