The Project Manager is accountable for delivering live construction projects from inception through completion. Responsibilities include leading pre-construction activities, maintaining the master programme, managing subcontractors and on-site teams, enforcing SHEQ compliance, and serving as the main client interface. This is a predominantly site-based, highly client-facing role requiring strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Complete O&M and H&S files ahead of Practical Completion. Produce and manage snagging lists through to handover. Oversee close-out procedures for plant and site assets.
