Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise-scale agile or product operating model transformations. Strong practical knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Lean Portfolio Management and flow-based delivery. Highly skilled in coaching, influencing and constructively challenging senior stakeholders. Experienced in using Jira and Confluence to support scaled delivery transparency, governance and flow. About The Role FDM is a global business and technology consultancy seeking a Java / Scala Developer to work for our client within the Investment Banking / Financial Services sector. This is initially a 12-month contract with the potential to extend and will be a hybrid role that will be based in London. Our client is undertaking a large-scale renovation of their Prime Brokerage and Securities Finance Technology estate, building a new consolidated platform for trade capture and post-trade processing across multiple Securities Finance transaction types. This is a high-impact delivery role within a critical programme replacing legacy systems, where the successful candidate will be expected to contribute quickly and operate with minimal hand-holding.
