What We're Looking For 7-10+ years of experience in End-User Computing or Digital Workplace leadership, ideally within financial services or another regulated industry. Proven ability to lead large-scale workplace technology initiatives across global environments. Deep understanding of M365 ecosystem, Windows OS management, VDI, device life cycle management, and enterprise mobility. Experience with digital experience monitoring (DEX) platforms and user satisfaction measurement. Strong stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and team leadership skills.
