Our popular manufacturing client based in Hortonwood is looking for a temporary full time Bendi FLT driver to join their team, the role might go permanent for the right candidate. As a key member of the Warehouse team, you will ensure that product and materials are handled, packed and stored so as to maximise factory efficiency and comply with customer/supplier specifications whilst maintaining product quality. You will be carrying out final packing according to set procedures, checklists and works order requirements, weighing finished goods pallets, input data/update SAP in order to record their location before transferring them into the warehouse. You will be loading finished goods onto despatch vehicles as required, working from a picking list, unloading incoming goods, checking quantities, paperwork and delivery to the relevant department. In addition, you wil be checking stocks of packing materials, draw attention to shortages and carry out regular stock checks as required and undertaking daily inspections and battery top-ups of Forklift trucks. Office Administrator and Sales Support Our clients successful and established manufacturing company based in Halesfield, is looking for a full time, temporary to permanent sales administrator to join their busy and pro-active team. In this varied role you will also be liaising with customers and suppliers, arranging site visits and making appointments, raising quotations, processing customer purchase orders, raising internal sales orders, monitoring leads times with production and transport, being involved in the despatching of good and liaising with the finance department to access customer accounts and credit limits. In addition, monitoring and replenishing stock, managing customer call off order and stock levels, working closely with the transport department, obtaining quotes for shipping, export packing enquires, checking customer purchase orders against quotations, preparing company literature packs, sending customer order confirmations, transport arrangements and adhering to health and safety. Ideal Candidate Proven experience of undertaking administrative tasks Experience in using Microsoft Office and Sage Line 50 You must be clearly spoken and be able to conduct yourself in a professional manner. Purchase Ledger Clerk Our well-known branded client based in the heart of Telford is looking for a part time temporary purchase ledger clerk for around six months to join the team and help them with their current workload. You will be processing high volume supplier invoices (uploading to approvals platform and sending to correct dept to approve) you will be doing frequent supplier statement reconciliations, employment expenses processing and handling of post. In addition, you will be setting up new suppliers on their accounting systems. (including verbal verification of bank details), processing of pro-forma invoices and being able to identify different VAT rates on invoices is essential.
