Job Title: MS D365 Commerce Functional Consultant Rate: £550 per day IR35 Status: Outside IR35 Contract Length: 14 weeks initial Location: UK / Hybrid Overview ShareForce is supporting a major specialist UK retailer on a key transformation programme and is seeking an experienced MS D365 Commerce Functional Consultant to support the delivery of core retail systems change. Key Responsibilities Lead functional workstreams across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce Gather and refine business requirements across retail operations Run workshops with stakeholders across store operations and transformation teams Translate requirements into functional designs and system configurations Support the design and optimisation of POS and store commerce processes Work closely with technical teams, architects and third parties Support testing, defect resolution and business readiness activity Provide functional leadership across the workstream Key Skills & Experience Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce Background in retail environments, including POS and store operations Proven experience gathering and translating business requirements Experience supporting D365 implementations or enhancements Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills Comfortable working in fast-paced delivery environments Desirable Experience within multi-site or specialist retail organisations Exposure to promotions, pricing, inventory or fulfilment processes Experience supporting UAT, training or go-live activities Familiarity with Agile delivery Additional Information 14-week initial contract £550 per day Outside IR35 Hybrid working Immediate start preferred
