Reusable Integration Asset Library: design and document reusable implementation patterns, templates + reference architectures: API integrations, event-driven integration, MFT integrations API Management Capability Enablement: design + implement API product, governance processes, define standards for API design, security, versioning, observability, publication, creation of an API catalogue for iPaaS clients. Event Streaming Capability Enablement: design + document event-driven architecture standards, define topic management, event taxonomy + governance approaches. Engineering & Supplier Technical Leadership: hands-on architecture support, coaching, technical direction, + support agile delivery teams through sprint planning, design reviews + technical decision-making. Platform Operational Readiness: define architecture requirements for Observability, Monitoring, Logging, Alerting, Resilience, Disaster Recovery (DR), DevSecOps integration Integration Governance & Assurance: establish architecture review processes for integrations delivered through iPaaS + dDevelop technical standards, guardrails and compliance criteria + Assurance Reviews. Platform Roadmap + Capability Evolution: identify capability gaps across iPaaS, API Management and Event Streaming, support proof-of-concepts and evaluations of emerging integration capabilities. Data Sharing Discovery & Solution Design: analyse discovery information to identify data sharing requirements, constraints, dependencies, data flows, integration patterns + design considerations.

Salesforce Administrator Derbyshire (Hybrid) Permanent to £40,000 (DOE) Salesforce Administrator needed for a permanent career opportunity based in Derbyshire (Hybrid). Hybrid Working - ideally 2 days/week remote (WFH) + 3 days/week working from the office. However, the company is also open to a more flexible hybrid model for candidates living outside the Midlands -ie- working in the office twice per month. Start ASAP in October/November 2025. 3-month initial contract in Worcester. Strong probability of renewals. Hybrid working - typically 4 day/week working in the office + 1 days/week working remotely (WFH). A chance to work with a global IT Consultancy for a Telecoms end client. Key skills, experience + tasks will include: Proven experience Broadband with FTTH, FTTX, Fixed wireless access, Routing, Switching, CCNP & Above certifications. Proven experience in a NOC, Service Operations, or similar network management environment. Strong technical knowledge of IP Networking, FTTP, and fixed wireless access networks. Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, ideally with experience leading distributed or offshore teams. Experience with monitoring platforms, ticketing systems and incident management tools. Certificates/Qualifications: Essential: experience working within an ISP or carrier environment NOC Desirable: C CNA or equivalent vendor certification. Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Management: Lead, coach and develop a team of 3 in-country and 4 offshore NOC engineers. Set clear objectives, performance metrics and ensure regular feedback and reviews. Incident & Problem Management: Oversee 24/7 incident detection, response and resolution across FTTP and FWA services. Operational Excellence: Maintain NOC procedures, playbooks and SLAs and ensure adherence to them.
