This is a dynamic role combining training delivery, advocacy, and multi-agency collaboration -ideal for someone with experience supporting vulnerable individuals and a desire to raise awareness of DVA within healthcare settings. Location: Sandwell, Walsall, Dudley Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours/week) Salary: £25,590 - £27,671 per annum (DOE) Contract: Permanent Travel: Required within the region - driving license and own car essential What You'll Do Deliver tailored training to healthcare professionals across 25 general practices, helping them identify and respond to DVA. Provide emotional and practical support to a caseload of approximately 25 clients. Carry out risk assessments, safety planning, and signposting to specialist services. Build strong, trusted relationships with GPs and health partners, encouraging DVA referrals and information sharing. Maintain clear and accurate case records and contribute to data reporting for commissioners. Attend multi-agency meetings and respond to safeguarding concerns appropriately. What We're Looking For A confident communicator with a compassionate, trauma-informed approach. Experience working with victims of domestic abuse, including conducting needs/risk assessments and managing complex casework. Sound knowledge of safeguarding, relevant legislation, and support systems. Skilled in training delivery and confident working collaboratively across services. Assistant Housing Officer Location: Lancaster Circus, Birmingham Pay: £12.60 per hour Contract: 3 months We are seeking a reliable and motivated Assistant Housing Officer to join our team on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage their workload effectively. Key Responsibilities Support the housing team in overseeing 5-10 housing schemes per week. Carry out routine checks, visits, and record-keeping as required.
