The role will initially be 5 days per week in their Hatfield office but then moving to 3 days office based and 2 days remote working once settled in to the team They will pay up to 47,000 plus benefits for the right candidate Candidates should be within sensible commuting distance (ideally by car) of Hatfield, you will also need full UK working status to be considered as unfortunately they are unable to offer any form sponsorship.

Our client a well-established and expanding provider of specialist software require a Full-Stack (Web) Developer to join their team and help enhance the company s core digital infrastructure. This is a hands-on development role for a developer who thrives on complex, integrated systems, enjoys problem solving across the full stack, and wants to contribute to a mission-critical platform. You will demonstrate strong full-stack development experience with Laravel/PHP for API development and front-end frameworks such as Vue.js (or similar), a familiarity with Node.js and experience with CMS platforms and content/data migrations. In addition, you will have proven experience with relational databases (MySQL) and familiarity with NoSQL databases (MongoDB). Experience with API design and integrations, connecting multiple business systems and an understanding of authentication, authorisation, and web security best practices. You will be proficient with Git version control, containerisation tools (Docker), and cloud deployment (AWS, DigitalOcean, or similar). Candidates will be comfortable working with Linux-based web environments, including deployment, monitoring and maintenance. This role will be mainly working remotely but there will be a need to visit our clients office in Gloucestershire, so ideally you will be within 60 minutes travelling time of Gloucestershire. Our blue-chip client based in Hatfield, Herts are seeking a strategic and hands-on Cloud Operations Lead to oversee the management, support, and continuous improvement of their cloud infrastructure, with a primary focus on Microsoft Azure. You will also be responsible for the technical oversight, implementation, and architecture management of various SaaS platforms used across the business. The successful candidate will lead cloud migration initiatives, ensure the reliability and performance of key platforms, and drive operational excellence in a hybrid cloud environment. You will be a self-starter. Who will demonstrate passion about cloud computing and enjoy solving complex challenges in modern IT environments, who can demonstrate awareness of latest Azure features and security practices. You will be comfortable managing hybrid environments but constantly look to simplify, standardise, and cloud-optimise. Essential skills Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, including infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS), platform-as-a-service (PaaS), and identity services. Proven experience in managing Azure Active Directory, Conditional Access, Azure RBAC, Azure Monitor and other Microsoft Cloud systems. Scripting skills in PowerShell essential; familiarity with Azure CLI or ARM/Bicep templates highly desirable. Comfortable with hybrid environments including on-prem Active Directory, VMWare, Veeam, and Windows Server. Networking knowledge including DNS, DHCP, Firewalls, VPN, and Azure network security. • Strong documentation, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Other relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365, CompTIA Cloud+, MCSA, etc.) nice to have. This a hybrid role based in our client's offices in Hatfield, Herts 3 days per week with 2 days remote.
