Senior DevOps Consultant | Up to £460/day We're hiring an experienced Senior DevOps Consultant with excellent communication skills for a key public sector organisation. Your responsibilities will include: Lead a high-profile digital recovery and transformation initiative, taking ownership of a critical discovery and validation phase to reshape a previously stalled project. Engage with senior stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams, driving alignment, clear communication, and consensus on delivery priorities, governance, and strategic direction. Conduct a comprehensive assessment of technical debt, operational processes, compliance, and delivery readiness, producing a clear roadmap toward a scalable MVP and public Beta launch. Develop and present a strategic recovery plan with actionable recommendations on technical direction, prioritisation, delivery approach, and long-term operational sustainability. Ensure solutions are built to meet demanding standards for security, data integrity, accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA), GDPR, and high-volume performance within a regulated public-sector environment. Senior SRE | Up to £525/day | ACTIVE SC REQUIRED We're hiring multiple Senior SREs with Active SC clearance and excellent communication skills for a key public sector organisation. Your responsibilities will include: Design, deploy and support resilient, high-performance digital services using technologies including databases, web Servers, DNS, CDNs, reverse proxies, message queues and load balancers. Manage and optimise cloud-native infrastructure with Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, and automated deployment practices. Implement and maintain monitoring and reliability practices, applying SRE principles including capacity planning, SLIs and SLOs to support large-scale production environments. Collaborate in a structured, transparent engineering environment using Git version control, while contributing to software development across technologies such as Node.js, Java and Kotlin.
