As a Lead Administrator you will be: Supervising the reception service, ensuring the provision of a high quality customer focussed Service to patients and their relatives, staff and external organisations. Ensuring Doors, Traka, Blicks, Key and CCTV Systems are working throughout the unit and comply at all times with Elysium Healthcare Policies. Supervising the secretarial service, ensuring the provision of a confidential, high quality Support service to both the clinical and support service departments. Monitoring and reviewing the quality of service delivery, taking corrective action where necessary. Controlling the department's expenditure to ensure that it does not exceed annual budgetary provisions.
