3rd Line Infrastructure & Network Engineer About the Role An experienced and highly capable 3rd Line Infrastructure & Network Engineer is sought to join a growing IT team, providing expert technical support and infrastructure leadership across a complex enterprise environment. The successful candidate will possess outstanding hands-on experience across the Microsoft technology stack, combined with strong networking expertise and a solid understanding of SharePoint administration and support. Essential Skills & Experience Proven experience in a 3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer, Senior Infrastructure Engineer, or similar role. Strong hands-on expertise across the Microsoft ecosystem, including: Microsoft 365 Azure / Entra ID Exchange Online Intune Windows Server Active Directory Group Policy PowerShell Strong networking knowledge and troubleshooting experience, including: TCP/IP Routing and Switching VLANs Firewalls VPNs Network Security Wireless Networking Experience supporting and administering SharePoint Online. Experience with virtualisation technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V. Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and infrastructure best practices.
