Mid-Level Full Stack Developer (70% Front-End / 30% Back-End) Location: Hybrid (2-3 days in-office, remainder remote) Salary Range: 55,000 - 65,000 DOE About the Role We are looking for a mid-level Full Stack Developer with strong front-end expertise and solid back-end experience to join our growing engineering team. While the role leans towards front-end (React, TypeScript, JavaScript), we need someone who can also contribute meaningfully to the back-end (Node.js, databases, serverless functions). What You'll Do Build, maintain, and optimise front-end applications using React, TypeScript, and JavaScript . Debug and deploy applications in cloud-based environments (AWS / Azure), including serverless solutions (e.g. Lambda, Azure Functions). What We're Looking For Strong front-end development skills: React, TypeScript, JavaScript . Solid experience with Node.js and back-end services (70/30 split front-end to back-end). Familiarity with databases (SQL or NoSQL) and good understanding of data structures, performance, and optimisation . Experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and working with containers/serverless architectures. Ability to debug and troubleshoot distributed systems. Exposure to modern programming languages (Python, Golang, Rust, etc.) a plus. Interest in AI and machine learning integration , and an open-minded approach to using AI tools in development. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt across technologies. Collaborative mindset - comfortable working in a hybrid office culture where knowledge sharing and teamwork are key. Home based Supervising Social Worker Location: South Wales salary package up to 39,338 per annum NonStop Consulting is working with a not for profit Independent Fostering Agency that has an excellent reputation, in order to help them find a Supervising Social Worker who can join them on a permanent basis. This is a home based role. This means you will not have to go an office at any point. You will always be working from home and just go out and visit the foster families. This will allow you to have a lot of flexibility with your schedule and a good work - life balance. Responsibilities of the Supervising Social Worker: The Supervising Social Worker will provide support and supervision to about 10 foster families located in South Wales. The role doesn't include any form f assessments, as they are using independent form f assessors for that.
