Work towards configuration and operational KPIs. Support the daily operation of the Commissioning Complex through effective completion of duties and additional reasonable tasks. Undertake training to support server configuration activities where required. Follow ISO-accredited standards and processes relevant to the Configuration Centre. As a successful Configuration Engineer (Temp), you will have: BTEC/NVQ in PC/Information Technology or an equivalent qualification. CompTIA A+ certification, or demonstrable experience handling IT equipment in a similar role. Previous experience working as a Configuration Engineer (Temp) , Build Technician, Configuration Technician or similar. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience working effectively within a team environment. Ability to learn new technologies and systems quickly. Experience with server upgrades and configuration activities. A methodical approach with the ability to follow documented processes accurately.
