Job Title: Business Process Manager (CRM Transformation) Location: West Midlands Contract: 6 months, 3 days per week, with possibility to extend Overview Opportunity to join a growing organisation delivering a CRM transformation across Sales, Marketing and Customer Service. Solution Architect / Lending / Banking / Product / Cardiff / Hybrid / Permanent We're working with a growing FinTech organisation in the lending space and they're looking to hire an experienced Solution Architect to support a range of lending and loan origination products. This is a key role focused on understanding, connecting and optimising end-to-end lending journeys from origination through to decisioning and banking integrations. The Role You'll play a critical role in analysing and shaping how lending products function across the full lifecycle. This includes working across loan origination systems, decisioning engines, and banking integrations, ensuring everything ties together seamlessly. You'll be working closely with both technical and business teams to understand how data flows through systems, how APIs connect services and how different lending products interact. What You'll Be Doing Analyse and map end-to-end lending journeys (e.g. car finance, asset leasing, consumer lending) Understand and document loan origination and decisioning processes Work across multiple systems to connect functionality and identify gaps Collaborate with engineering teams to understand APIs, integrations and data flows Translate business requirements into clear solution designs and documentation Support delivery teams in implementing and improving lending solutions What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Technical Business Analyst in financial services Strong background in lending, loan origination or credit decisioning platforms Good understanding of APIs, system integrations and data movement (no coding required) Ability to think end-to-end across multiple products and systems Experience working in FinTech or banking environments Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Head of Health & Safety / London / Onsite / £80-90K + 40% bonus / Real Estate We're recruiting a Head of Health & Safety for a well-known real estate company in London. You'll be the senior H&S authority: shaping policy, managing risk, advising senior leaders and embedding a positive safety culture across a large, fast-moving estate. What you'll do Lead the development, review and implementation of health & safety policies, procedures and management systems to ensure compliance with current legislation and best practice. Design, deliver and oversee audits, inspections and assurance activities across the estate. Own and maintain corporate risk registers, complete risk assessments and drive timely mitigation actions. Provide expert, pragmatic H&S advice to senior management, operations and property teams; influence change and prioritise interventions. Manage contractor assurance, permit-to-work systems and asbestos management processes; review remedial programmes and certification. Investigate incidents and near-misses, produce clear reports and drive lessons-learned into continuous improvement. Prepare and present H&S performance updates and board-level reports - translating technical detail into clear business insight. What we need from you Proven experience in a senior health & safety role (ideally in property, facilities or large estates). Vocational qualification such as NEBOSH or NVQ Level 6 Diploma (or equivalent). Knowledge of asbestos management and related processes; holding BOHS P405 Managing Asbestos in Buildings is highly desirable. Strong track record in compliance, risk management and delivering audit programmes. Experience of people management with the ability to lead, influence and develop stakeholders across all levels. Confident presenter with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable producing concise management reports.
