About the Role We are seeking a technically strong and strategically minded development professional to provide leadership, direction, and hands-on expertise in designing and delivering insurance-based technology solutions. This role spans modern engineering practices, Legacy system support, and close collaboration with Pricing teams, including experience working with Rulebook to ensure alignment with business logic and actuarial models. Key Responsibilities Provide technical leadership to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure application solutions. Translate organisational vision into modern, effective technical delivery using contemporary development practices. This role focuses on implementing functional AI solutions-such as co-pilots and agents-primarily within Salesforce, to drive business value and operational efficiency. The role operates as an Embedded delivery lead within established AI strategy frameworks, owning day-to-day execution across multiple workstreams. It ensures initiatives progress from design through build, deployment, and adoption. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience delivering initiatives across commercial functions, with demonstrated expertise in stakeholder engagement and translating complex business requirements into actionable AI initiatives and end-to-end delivery.
