One of our fast-growing clients is looking for a Payroll Transformation Lead to drive a global consolidation of their payroll systems and processes into a new Shared Service Centre Role: Payroll Transformation Lead Fixed-term contract: 18-24 months Salary: £120k - £140k DOE Location: 2-3 days a week in a London office Start: Immediate requirement One of our clients is embarking on a major in-house payroll transformation programme and is looking for an experienced Payroll Transformation Lead to drive the next phase of delivery. The business operates multiple payrolls across the world and has recently established a global Shared Service Centre (SSC) in the UK. The programme is already in good shape, with the design work completed and a global payroll partner selected. They are now looking for a senior transformation specialist to lead the transition of all regional payrolls into the SSC and ensure a smooth, controlled migration. This is a critical leadership role within a complex, multinational environment, requiring deep payroll expertise, strong programme oversight, and the ability to engage senior stakeholders across multiple geographies. We are working with a dynamic and scaling organisation that is embarking on an exciting period of expansion across multiple territories. This newly created position will play a critical role in building out the financial infrastructure needed to support growth, both organically and through acquisition. As Head of Finance Transformation , you will be instrumental in driving operational excellence, shaping integration strategies for M&A, and leading cross-functional transformation initiatives that enhance finance processes, governance, and reporting. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a finance integration playbook for future acquisitions.
