Resolution: Determine appropriate actions to resolve each case. Reporting: Prepare detailed reports, advising on legal liability, quantum, and tactics as needed. Negotiation: Negotiate settlements within agreed authority limits. Professional Correspondence: Maintain proactive communication with all parties involved. Adherence to Procedures: Handle cases according to documented procedures and client requirements. Reserve Management: Regularly review and maintain proper reserves. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on technical changes relevant to your role, including participating in company-facilitated training programs Knowledge and Abilities: Proficiency in managing Claims from cradle to grave. Understanding of Civil Procedure Rules and the Claims Portal. Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Collaborative team player. Management of personal caseload.
