Info about what the Field Service Engineer role entails: Seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join their expanding team nationwide. This regional role covers Darlington & other surrounding areas, reporting to the Field Service Engineering Manager. In this role you will be attending customer sites to perform proactive maintenance, repairs & commissioning of their products. Some of the responsibilities include: Servicing, calibrating and repairing detection equipment to relevant standards Ensure all serviced products are fully operational, tested and have completed service paperwork Support other team members on jobs that require multiple engineers Requirements of the Field Service Engineer: Must have experience in instrument/electronic equipment service, troubleshooting/repair, commissioning, and/or installation. HNC/HND in an electrical/electronic field or equivalent understanding gained from work experience.
