Prepare and present monthly cost reports, cashflow forecasts, and cost value reconciliations to senior management. About You We are looking for a commercially astute professional with: Degree in Quantity Surveying and professional membership of RICS (or equivalent). Significant experience working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within construction, ideally in social housing, public sector, or modular build. Strong track record of managing contracts under JCT forms. Proven ability to lead a commercial team and deliver value across multiple projects. Excellent organisational, negotiation and communication skills. A detail-oriented approach, able to manage deadlines and priorities effectively. A valid UK driving licence and access to transport. Knowledge of zero carbon principles and experience with modular/timber frame construction would be advantageous. The Package Salary: 60,000 - 65,000 (DOE) + competitive benefits package. 23 days holiday, rising with service to 26 days plus bank holidays. Full-time, permanent role (40 hours per week, Mon-Fri).
