A leading Professional Services Company is seeking Negotiators on a contract basis to work on a project with a leading Investment Bank. You will be required to work onsite in London full time Monday-Friday 08.30am-18.30pm Role and Responsibilities Negotiating various industry-standard agreements. Negotiating and reviewing other regulation-driven documentation. Undertaking due diligence prior to and post completion of agreements. Mitigate operational risk by demonstrating excellent attention to detail. Liaising with businesses, credit officers, legal department and external counsel. Experience & Skills Required Legally qualified, in any recognised British or European jurisdiction Experience negotiating /MRA/SRA/RegIM agreements or other industry standard documents Regulatory Initial Margin experience Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work to demanding deadlines (workflow & time management) Ability to work independently & as part of a rapidly changing team Demonstrate an ability to work with honesty, integrity, and trustworthiness Be deadline driven with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated and proactive team player, who takes ownership and accountability of projects Have strong numerical and decision-making skills Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to manage multiple activities and prioritise tasks Confidence to escalate issues to leadership team Pro-active approach and ability to identify solutions to operational challenges

You will be required to work onsite in London full time Monday-Friday 08.30am-18.30pm The Credit Loans Middle Office Team supports various business teams with the origination, syndication, and secondary market trading of performing and non-performing loans. While loans are the primary product supported, the business continues to expand into other areas such as structured products, and private equities. Credit Loans Middle Office works in partnership with various business teams to ensure efficient pre-trade due diligence, execution and settlement (the 'closing role) of both primary and secondary loans. Their process is designed to identify, extract, categorize, and reconcile transactions, highlighting discrepancies and providing management with clear outputs for review. The scope will focus on data integrity and reconciliation, not on fraud detection Role Overview Scope - Client is looking for assistance to complete 249 historic service charge reconciliations and complete the embedding of a new service charge budget process into our London portfolio, by 31 December 2025. Individuals will be reviewing data from the past 5 years to reconcile service charge accounts, then calculating the balance for each tenant and working summarising this to the client. Role 1 - Experienced Service Charge Accountants Experience performing Service Charge reconciliations within Commercial and residential portfolios They will need to have familiarity with reviewing general ledgers, lease documentation, invoices, and other lease management database records

You will be needed onsite 2-3 times in London. The AVP Risk Compliance Regulatory Basel Credit Risk Consultant must have Basel 3/Capital requirements/Counterparty credit experience.
