We are recruiting for an Outbound Sales Representative to join the wider sales department. Please note that this role requires office-based working, five days per week, for the first six months to ensure a successful onboarding and training period. The role We are seeking a motivated Outbound Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging potential customers via telephone, promoting our products/services, and generating leads to contribute to our sales goals. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective recruitment agencies to introduce Brookson's services and generate new business opportunities. Build rapport with potential clients, understand their requirements, and identify how our services can support their needs. Qualify leads and book appointments for senior members of the sales team. Accurately record all customer interactions, leads, and activity within our CRM system. Work towards and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets. Collaborate with colleagues across the sales team to maximise opportunities and drive business growth. Attend training and coaching sessions to develop your sales skills and product knowledge. Follow up on warm leads generated through marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and direct messaging activity. Handle inbound enquiries and proactively engage with customers via telephone and email. Key Responsibilities Business Compliance Verification Ensure that independent contractors operating within the EMEA region maintain compliant business operations based on local regulations. Gather and review necessary business documents, such as tax records, proof of insurance, and company registration details. Role and Manager Evaluations Collaborate with managers and teams to conduct role evaluations. Ensure that role requirements align with legal and regulatory standards before engaging contractors. Assess whether the contractor's engagement complies with the laws of the respective EMEA country. Onboarding Contractors Onboard independent contractors compliantly by verifying business status. Ensure all required documentation is received and up to date. Provide support throughout the onboarding process. Contract Issuance Draft and issue legally compliant contracts for independent contractors. Ensure terms and conditions are clear, accurate, and aligned with local legislation and client needs. Ongoing Contractor Support Provide continuous support throughout the contractor's engagement. Handle compliance-related queries, resolve issues, and maintain smooth operational processes. Liaison with Stakeholders Act as the primary point of contact between contractors, clients, and MSPs. Communicate effectively to resolve compliance matters and ensure seamless workflows. Documentation and Reporting Maintain accurate records of contractor documentation and compliance status. Ensure secure storage and quick accessibility for audits or internal reviews. VMS Management Work within the Vendor Management System (VMS) to track contractor data, issue contracts, and monitor compliance documentation. Ensure regular updates and accurate reporting within the VMS. Compliance Monitoring Stay up to date with relevant laws, tax regulations, and business requirements across the EMEA region. Provide insights, updates, and guidance to internal teams and contractors as regulations evolve. What We're Looking For Experience in contractor compliance, human resources, or legal administration (preferably within EMEA). Strong understanding of local labour laws and business regulations across multiple EMEA countries. Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams during compliance evaluations. Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail. Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency with VMS platforms and other digital tools. Strong problem-solving ability and comfort with handling complex compliance issues. Desirable Experience Experience working with MSPs or within the staffing industry. Knowledge of tax regulations and business documentation requirements across EMEA. Familiarity with contract law and negotiation processes. Fluent in English; additional EMEA languages (e.g., French, German, Spanish) are a plus.
