Research & Insight Manager East Leake / Hybrid At Saint-Gobain Interior Solutions UK & Ireland we are looking for a Research & Insight Manager to join our Customer Experience function to help shape strategic decision-making through customer insight and evidence-led thinking. This is a newly created role with real visibility and influence across the business. You'll become the driving force behind our customer insight capability - owning our Voice of the Customer programme, leading research initiatives, and helping stakeholders turn complex data into meaningful commercial actions. Working closely with transformation, commercial and operational teams, you'll play a key role in supporting our Lead & Grow strategy through insight-led decision making. What we're looking for: Experience designing and delivering customer research programmes, either agency-side or client-side Strong survey design and customer feedback management experience, ideally using tools such as Medallia or similar platforms Excellent analytical skills with the ability to combine multiple qualitative and quantitative data sources into clear commercial insights Confident stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and challenge objectively using evidence and insight Knowledge of GDPR, research ethics and data governance, alongside experience using reporting and visualisation tools such as Power BI What you will be doing: Leading and evolving our Voice of the Customer programme and annual research roadmap Managing external research agencies and delivering ad-hoc surveys aligned to critical business priorities Analysing customer feedback, CRM data and operational trends to identify actionable themes and growth opportunities Creating insight dashboards, presentations and reporting that help leaders make informed commercial decisions Partnering with teams across the business to connect customer insight with transformation activity, operational improvement and strategic growth initiatives Are Saint-Gobain inclusive employers? This Engineering Manager will be a part of the engineering team at Robertsbridge . This role is working full-time Mon - Fri on days, but we'd require an element of flexibility in case issues arise outside of these hours. Previous experience as an Engineering Manager in a comparable environment would be advantageous Strong and demonstrable experience in managing the maintenance of critical assets in a heavy industrial application. Experience of managing budgets and CAPEX, as well as high value equipment purchase (inc. pre-procurement due diligence). Experience of identifying, planning and leading continuous improvement projects (WCM experience would be advantageous). Identifying and maintaining our parts inventory You'll be expected to have an analytical mind and be able to apply those skills to problem solving and decision making and be able to clearly communicate with others. Plan schedule of works and coordinate the electrical / mechanical teams to ensure that maintenance and machinery reliability requirements are managed effectively. You'll be the voice of the engineering function at meetings with Site Leadership Team and other stakeholders, and will be able to influence, challenge and negotiate. Are you an apprentice trained Mechanical Fitter (Mechanical Engineer) who is passionate about problem solving and maintenance in a world leading manufacturing plant. At Saint-Gobain we are looking for a Mechanical Plant Fitter to work in our Engineering Team. You'll be responsible for the mechanical engineering activities on site, both planned and reactive, in order to keep production running so we can deliver to our customers on time, every time! This Mechanical Fitter will be a part of our Mill Engineering Team . You'll be working on heavy machinery and will possess the initiative to solve problems, perform repairs, and collaborate with production as well as the wider engineering team. The hours of work are 8am until 4pm Monday to Friday, however we are a 27/7 plant and would therefore require some flexibility out of hours in case of emergency.
