Salesforce Solution Architect - Permanent - Hybrid, London - £90-100,000pa Position Overview: The Solution Architect is tasked with working as a key member of our project team to ensure smooth and efficient implementation and integration between technical and functional system requirements, providing consultative advice to customers regarding financial & insurance industries best practices and process methodologies, as well as creating a solution that best meets our client's needs. As a Solution Architect (SA) in our Consulting Practice we are looking for a consultant with experience implementing a wide array of Salesforce Products from Sales, Service Cloud to the more specialized Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud etc as well as implementing add-ons such as managed package solution in conjunction with the multiple Salesforce products. The successful candidate will provide critical subject matter expertise on Bonds and UK Gilts life cycle to inform the design and development of a Digital Securities Depository (DSD). In this role, the individual will contribute domain expertise to support product design, regulatory engagement, and market outreach, helping ensure the DSD is aligned with market expectations, regulatory frameworks, and operational realities. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of the UK's financial market infrastructure from the ground up-without requiring prior experience in digital assets or blockchain. Role Responsibilities Provide subject matter expertise on the full life cycle of Bonds and UK gilts (issuance, settlement, custody, corporate actions) to inform the design of a fit-for-purpose Digital Securities Depository. Work closely with internal product, technology, and legal teams to translate traditional CSD services into digital equivalents while ensuring regulatory, operational, and market continuity.
