Night Shift Supervisor Production Manufacturing Location: Doncaster Shift: Night Shift 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM Salary: 40000/ per annum About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Night Shift Supervisor to oversee and manage all production operations during the night shift at our . Production Reporting: Maintain accurate production records, track performance, and report on key metrics including efficiency, downtime, and productivity. Training and Development: Provide on-the-job training for new staff, help with skill development, and ensure all team members are knowledgeable about their roles. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement, implement lean manufacturing principles, and support initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Collaboration: Work closely with day shift supervisors and management to ensure smooth handovers and coordination across shifts.
