Please find some details below: Description: The UKG Pro WFM Solution Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the UKG Pro Workforce Management solutions for clients. This role requires a deep understanding of UKG Pro WFM functionalities, and the ability to provide strategic guidance to optimize workforce processes. The Solution Architect will collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and technical teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities Design and Implementation: Develop comprehensive workforce management solutions using UKG Pro WFM; ensure solutions align with client requirements and industry best practices, from a global perspective. Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and challenges; provide expert advice and customized solutions to enhance their workforce management capabilities. Technical Leadership: Guide technical teams in configuring and customizing UKG Pro WFM functionalities; troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, ensuring configuration and compliance across the markets, including WOW. Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams on UKG Pro WFM features and best practices; provide ongoing support and maintenance. Documentation: Create/Support detailed project documentation, including solution designs, configuration settings, and user manuals. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest UKG Pro WFM developments and industry trends; recommend enhancements to existing solutions. Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in workforce management solutions, with at least 5 years specifically in UKG Pro WFM. Technical Skills: Proficiency in UKG Pro WFM configuration and customization; strong knowledge of SQL, data integration, and reporting tools. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively with clients and technical teams; strong problem-solving abilities. Certifications: Relevant certifications in UKG Pro WFM are highly desirable Proven experience in working in complex projects, involving multi-vendor setup.
