Key Responsibilities Design and Implementation: Develop comprehensive workforce management solutions using UKG Pro WFM; ensure solutions align with client requirements and industry best practices, from a global perspective. Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and challenges; provide expert advice and customized solutions to enhance their workforce management capabilities. Technical Leadership: Guide technical teams in configuring and customizing UKG Pro WFM functionalities; troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, ensuring configuration and compliance across the markets, including WOW. Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams on UKG Pro WFM features and best practices; provide ongoing support and maintenance. Documentation: Create/Support detailed project documentation, including solution designs, configuration settings, and user manuals. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest UKG Pro WFM developments and industry trends; recommend enhancements to existing solutions. Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in workforce management solutions, with at least 5 years specifically in UKG Pro WFM. Technical Skills: Proficiency in UKG Pro WFM configuration and customization; strong knowledge of SQL, data integration, and reporting tools. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively with clients and technical teams; strong problem-solving abilities. Certifications: Relevant certifications in UKG Pro WFM are highly desirable Proven experience in working in complex projects, involving multi-vendor setup.
