CANDIDATES MUST HOLD ACTIVE SC CLEARANCE. 60% remote and 40% onsite in Reading MUST BE PAYE THROUGH UMBRELLA Role Description: SRE in CNI: OpenShift Experience is a MUST Collaborate with Agile teams to automate deployment, monitoring, and infrastructure management. Ensure platform and business application reliability and performance against strict SLAs and KPIs. Implement and maintain cloud-native observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Tempo). Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Kustomize or Helm. Manage CI/CD pipelines using Tekton and ArgoCD. Support and troubleshoot OpenShift Operators (ServiceMesh, ODF, ACS, ACM, AMQ). Conduct security reviews and implement controls aligned with national infrastructure standards. Mentor junior engineers and promote SRE best practices. Collaborate with vendors and IT teams for incident resolution and platform improvements. Required Skills: Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Experience in remote team collaboration. Deep expertise in OpenShift/Kubernetes and RedHat Linux. Proficiency in Scripting (Bash, Python) and templating (Helm, Kustomize). Experience with CI/CD automation and IaC strategies. Security-first mindset with experience in regulated environments. The team needs a new person to come in and ensure that the teams is covering and adhering to all team areas of compliance with respect to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Job Aids. Full spec is available below Compliance & Process Control Specialist About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance & Process Control Specialist to ensure that our team operates in line with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices. This role is critical in safeguarding our compliance culture, reviewing and enhancing controls, and fostering collaboration between management and staff to ensure procedures are clear, effective, and consistently followed. Key Responsibilities Monitor team adherence to company compliance rules, policies, and regulatory requirements. Review and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), job aids, and process documents in collaboration with managers and internal stakeholders. Design, implement, and regularly review operational controls to ensure compliance. Conduct internal checks, dummy audits, and case reviews to validate adherence to procedures. Oversee the staff training compliance program: track completion, follow up with managers, and ensure mandatory trainings are up to date. Support the complaints-handling process, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards in the financial and regulated environment. Facilitate communication across teams to reinforce compliance awareness and expectations. Work closely with management and internal representatives (eg, compliance, risk, legal teams) to ensure SOPs and job aids meet regulatory and company guidelines.
