For this role you can work remotely with maximum of 1 day onsite in London (Wednesday). Please find some details below: Recruitment Scheduler/Recruitment Administrator Key Responsibilities Manage end to end interview scheduling across multiple hiring managers, candidates. Coordinate interview logistics, including panel availability, room bookings, and virtual meeting links. Act as the central point of contact for candidates regarding interview arrangements and updates. Maintain accurate and up to date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Prepare and distribute interview packs and supporting documentation to hiring panels. Work closely with Talent Acquisition Business Partners to ensure smooth hiring processes. Proactively identify scheduling conflicts and find effective solutions to minimise delays. Communicate clearly and professionally with all stakeholders to ensure an excellent candidate experience. Support administrative tasks such as offer letter preparation, onboarding coordination, or compliance checks (if required). Please find some details below: The Onboarding Case Facilitator role is crucial to the success of the On-boarding process. We are looking for a dynamic individual who can handle day-to-day activities and manage allocated tasks with minimal supervision while demonstrating excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in processing compliance checks or possess transferable administration skills. They should also have exceptional organizational abilities, proficiency in Microsoft applications, and impeccable data entry skills. This role requires the ability to work under pressure and manage onboarding activities at different stages of the process to ensure the team adheres to compliance, service level agreements, and business start dates. Key responsibilities include: Ensuring rigour around the Security and on-boarding process to prevent breaches of the Security standard. Communicating effectively face-to-face, via email, or telephone with resources, clients, agencies, customers, and internal staff. Identifying problems, understanding the issues, offering suggestions for resolution, and implementing them if necessary. Entering candidate details into relevant systems and processing internal requests for assets and accounts. Consulting with appropriate teams at each stage of the process. Arranging and facilitating BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) compliance sessions with resources.
