The Role: Engineering Operational Excellence In this contract position, you will bridge the gap between complex project data and strategic leadership. Your objective is to move the project away from manual oversight and toward a sophisticated, automated "Single Source of Truth." Key Responsibilities: Automation & Systems Engineering: Act as the SME for internal reporting. You will architect bespoke VBA macros and Excel-based tools to eliminate manual data entry, ensuring the reporting life cycle is seamless and error-free. Business Intelligence & Data Storytelling: Design and maintain executive-level Power BI dashboards. You must be able to translate complex project health metrics into high-impact visual narratives for non-technical senior stakeholders. Rigorous Project Governance: Own the integrity of the project's technical artifacts. You will manage the digital architecture of charters, risk logs, and schedules within Jira and MS Project, ensuring absolute data alignment. Strategic Process Optimization: Conduct deep-dive quantitative analysis of "AS-IS" system flows. You will be expected to build robust, data-backed business cases to justify "TO-BE" process enhancements. Operational Leadership: Facilitate the project's rhythm-including daily stand-ups and weekly syncs-while maintaining strict oversight of budget spend and deliverable quality control. Advanced Excel & Automation: Expert-level proficiency is a must. You should be highly skilled in VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables, with a proven ability to write and debug complex VBA Macros from scratch. Data Visualization: Hands-on experience building and deploying Power BI reports that make complex datasets accessible to non-technical audiences. Strategic Stakeholder Engagement: A track record of influencing project priorities by presenting data-backed evidence to high-level stakeholders. Technical Reporting: The ability to translate raw data into functional specifications and actionable business reports.
