Responsibilities Supporting fee earners with a busy residential conveyancing caseload. Preparing legal documents and correspondence. Opening and managing client files. Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and third parties. Conducting Land Registry and property searches. Assisting with exchange and completion. Managing post-completion matters. Updating case management systems. Delivering outstanding client care throughout the transaction process. About You You'll ideally have: Previous experience within a Residential Property or Conveyancing team. Experience as a Residential Property Paralegal or Conveyancing Assistant. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail. Outstanding communication and client care skills. A proactive and positive approach.
