Mobile Fabric Engineer - FM Service Provider - Essex / East London - Temp to perm Exciting opportunity to work for a leading FM service provider. I am currently recruiting for a Mobile Fabric Engineer to be based across multiple sites in the Essex / East London areas, working on a healthcare contract. The successful candidate will be an all-round Mobile Fabric Engineer with a proven track record in commercial/healthcare building maintenance. He or she will be required to carry out Fabric planned and reactive maintenance on a mobile basis, covering numerous sites. This position would be perfect for a Mobile Fabric Engineer in a similar position and you would be expected to carry out the duties listed below. In return, the company offers a hourly rate of 21 per hour. Key Duties & Responsibilities Work will involve reactive repairs ranging from changing taps, washers, installing and repairing cabinets and wall based units, replacing pipework, replacing locks, patch plastering, basic electrical tasks (i.e., changing lamps), and other general fabric work. The Engineer will also complete PPMs such as water temperature checks, fire door checks, plant room checks. Hours of work Monday to Friday 08:00 am to 17:00 pm Package Van andc fuel card supplied for both. A full UK driving licence is required (no more than 6 points and no driving ban within the past 5 years) On call requirement for emergencies / make safe. One in every 4 weeks. CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting a Floor Layer to cover a commercial site. He or she will have a proven track record in laying vinly flooring ideally with experience on commercial sites. Hours/Details: Monday to Friday 08:00am to 17:00pm On-going contract 29 per hour via umbrella Immediate start Responsibilities: Complete flooring installations from start to finish, including vinyl sheet (cap and cove), carpet, carpet tiles and vinyl tile. Carry out welded vinyl installations, including cap and cove finishes. Deliver high quality workmanship while meeting project deadlines. Maintain a safe, clean and organised work area. Work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision. Requirements: Minimum of 18 months experience in floor laying.
