Key Responsibilities Lead the Electrical Engineering discipline, championing technical excellence, innovation and collaborative working. Act as Lead M&E Engineer on multiple projects from concept through to completion. Coordinate mechanical and electrical teams to deliver integrated building services solutions. Support bids, proposals, and presentations, with performance-based bonuses for successful project wins and delivery. Mentor and guide junior engineers, supporting career development and fostering a positive team culture. Work closely with senior leadership on resourcing, operational decision-making and strategic planning. Requirements Degree in Electrical or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent). Chartered Engineer (CEng) status or progressing towards chartership. 10+ years of building services experience, ideally with significant exposure to healthcare and education sectors. Proven track record in leading M&E project delivery and managing client relationships. Strong communication, leadership, and commercial awareness. Solid technical understanding of relevant standards, regulations, and NHS HTM/HBN guidance.
