We have an excellent opportunity for a SC Cleared Programme Manager to join a high-profile transformation programme within a key Central Government department. The programme spans organisational, digital, and data-driven change, with a strong emphasis on operating model redesign. In this assignment, you will be integral in shaping and executing strategic change across multiple workstreams. Your key remit and responsibilities will include: Co-ordinating complex programme delivery Leading and managing multiple workstreams. Operating model design and implementation Development of technology strategy aligned with transformation goals Drive adoption of new operating models and transformation initiatives Engage confidently with senior stakeholders, including board-level executives Operate within a complex delivery ecosystem To be considered for this assignment, your skills and experience will include: Proven experience in operating model and transformation programme delivery within the public sector Strong understanding of digital and data strategy within change programmes Demonstrable success in managing senior stakeholder relationships within public sector environments Ability to lead across multiple teams and suppliers in a complex delivery landscape Ideal candidates will hold active SC clearance. This assignment is inside scope of IR35 and offered on a hybrid working model (50% office / 50% work from home).
