Job Description CCL Global is supporting a major public sector organisation in the appointment of an experienced Deputy Commercial Director (Works) to provide strategic commercial leadership across a significant portfolio of capital works, infrastructure and estate programmes. This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced commercial professional with extensive knowledge of NEC contracts, public procurement regulations, and the management of high-value works and construction procurements. Working within a fast-paced and complex stakeholder environment, you will lead commercial delivery activities, support procurement strategy, manage commercial teams, and provide expert advice to senior decision-makers. Location: London, UK. Type of Contract: 6 Month contract(Inside IR35) Key duties will include: Provide subject matter expertise across NEC contract forms and contracting strategies. Lead the development and implementation of commercial and procurement strategies for major works and capital programmes. Provide commercial leadership across construction, facilities management, professional services and infrastructure contracts. Ensure compliance with current public procurement legislation and governance requirements. Lead and develop commercial teams, driving high performance and continuous improvement. Manage complex stakeholder relationships across senior leadership teams and programme environments. Support contract negotiations, supplier management and commercial risk mitigation activities. Act as a trusted advisor on commercial matters and procurement best practice. Drive category management strategies and commercial delivery objectives. Support the development of commercial policies, processes and governance frameworks. Key Requirements Extensive NEC contract expertise, including contract drafting and commercial strategy development. Strong understanding of public sector procurement legislation, including PCR 2015 and the Procurement Act 2023. Significant experience leading commercial, procurement or category management functions. Proven track record managing high-value works, construction, facilities management or capital investment contracts. Experience leading and developing commercial teams within complex organisations. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior executives and high-profile stakeholders. Strong commercial, contractual and negotiation capability. Active SC Clearance. Experience within central government, public sector or highly regulated environments. Knowledge of estate, infrastructure or capital works programmes. Experience implementing commercial transformation and continuous improvement initiatives

CYBER SECURITY ANALYST (SOC ANALYST) CCL Global are currently recruiting for a Cyber Security Analyst to support a high-security Security Operations Centre (SOC) environment within a critical national infrastructure setting. This role will play a key part in protecting enterprise systems by monitoring, detecting, analysing, and responding to cyber security threats in real time. Type of Contract: Contract (Inside IR35) Location: Bath (100% office) Contract Length: Until April 2027 Key Duties Will Include: Monitor, investigate, and triage security events and alerts within a live SOC environment. Analyse security incidents to determine scope, impact, and priority, ensuring appropriate escalation and response. Manage end-to-end incident response activities from detection through to resolution. Support the development and enhancement of SIEM use cases, detection rules, analytics, and playbooks. Conduct real-time analysis of logs and security data to identify malicious activity or policy violations. Work closely with technical teams to support containment and remediation of security incidents. Support continuous improvement of SOC processes, tooling, and detection capability. Contribute to security reporting, documentation, and operational procedures. Requirements: Proven experience working as a SOC Analyst (Tier 2/3) within enterprise or critical environments. Strong experience with SIEM technologies (e.g. ArcSight or similar), including configuration and engineering support. Ability to triage security alerts and accurately assess risk, impact, and priority. Experience managing security incidents in real time within a SOC environment. Strong understanding of networking, cloud environments, and enterprise IT infrastructure. Experience creating and tuning detection use cases, analytics, and playbooks. Knowledge of Information Security principles, threat detection, and incident response practices. Familiarity with Microsoft technologies, Linux systems, and security tooling. Understanding of security frameworks and data protection principles including GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Experience working within an ITIL-based service environment. Desirable: Industry-recognised cyber security certifications (e.g. SANS, ISC2). Experience within Defence, Government, or high-security environments. You will be part of a site design team of BIM coordinator and draftsmen working on the most complicated RC structures of Nuclear Island buildings in the Hinkley Point C project (in particular, Reactor buildings, Fuel building, Safeguard buildings). You will work with senior engineer building pilot, chief draftsman and drafting team to answer to construction team requests on the design package released by the design back office in France. Location: Bristol. Contract/Permanent: Contract Key Duties will include: Analysis of the input data models for BIM aspects in coordination with production team according to project procedures: Preparation of the model before the beginning of the production (according to BYLOR requirements) Coordination of the 3D activities on the model namely in terms of: . Interfaces . Management of phases . Organization of the works and modelling priorities Control of the proper application of procedures for 3D production Management and support of the draftsmen for the 3D issues Communication with the engineers regarding the interfaces between structures 3D Control of the 3D native tekla models in relation with the senior designer according to the project procedures.
