Accountability for legal advice and execution of commercial transactions. Negotiate and draft all types of commercial agreements including sales contracts, supplier contracts, hosting agreements, data transfer agreements, NDAs and others. Determining the appropriate medium for delivering legal advice. Responding to internal queries on legal issues, e.g. data issues; overdue payments; IP queries; disputes. Identifying data issues and ability to negotiate terms relating to the processing of data in commercial agreements to ensure Telehouse s compliance with relevant data legislation. Engaging and managing external lawyers where specialist advice is required Provision of robust, clear and commercially focused legal advice specifically focusing on areas that would otherwise bring risk into the business Qualified solicitor, with a minimum of 3 years PQE Commercially astute, pragmatic lawyer who can demonstrate an understanding of business and legal risk and tailor advice accordingly Expertise in contract law Excellent drafting and negotiation skills Track record in managing transactions Good stakeholder management skills

Senior MEP Project Manager - Datacentre London £90,000 - £110,000 + Bonuses, Pension, Travel Allowance and more Radius is seeking an MEP Datacentre Project Manager for a leading and growing physically Datacentre organisation. You must have extensive Datacentre or Critical environment experience (NHS/Pharma etc) and also strong commercial experience. Base salary very competitive, Good bonus, Family PMI, Car Allowance, Travel Allowance and other benefits Serve as the lead for project implementation and support all aspects of data centre design & construction from project inception, through design, procurement, construction, commissioning and hand-over of an operating facility. Administer availability of project resources, and supervise and direct project personnel and external vendors including Contractors, design teams, commissioning agents, equipment suppliers, etc. Implementation of change management procedure, review RAMS, produce MOP/SOP and coordinate with Site Operations. Oversee scope specifications, budget monitoring, management of risk registers, and commissioning procedures. In depth understanding and hands-on on critical facility equipment. Conduct technical site surveys and inspections and drive a safe, quality first culture, ensuring that all applicable codes, standards, and good construction practices are followed. Project implementation in line with company health and safety policies and technical standards The Role Plan, control, and co-ordinate the delivery of Business As Usual engineering and construction projects to meet required time, cost, quality, value, risk and safety parameters. Radius is looking for a Senior Solutions Architect with proven hands-on solution design and vendor analysis supporting the Senior European IT & Data Director. The role produces pragmatic designs, option analyses, and integration outlines across a hybrid cloud/on-prem landscape, partnering closely with Heads of Networks and Infrastructure, Application Ops/Change, and Data. They will challenge vendor proposals, and translate business requirements into actionable, cost-conscious solution options aligned to target state. A hands-on role providing enterprise architectural insights. the build, improvement, and maintenance of the enterprise services software used by both internal and external stakeholders. Work on the design of integrating multiple cloud and physical on-premises networks while ensuring the security by design concept. Own and align our IT and Information Management Strategy's with the organisation mission. You must have a good understanding of both Cloud and on-premises technologies. Communicate how the technology strategy follows and enables both current and future developments. Work with divisional directors, department heads and product ownerrchitects to understand the business functions, identifying opportunities to optimise our use of technology. This role will join during a time of transition for the business so the role will need to be flexible. Identify long term solutions while managing short term solution that have been put in place to ensure Business as usual is not impacted. Key Accountabilities • Solution Design: Produce high-level and low-level solution options, integration diagrams, and impact assessments; ensure security-by-design and alignment to standards. • Requirements Translation: Work with business stakeholders to convert needs 3 5 years in Solution Design / Technical BA / Systems Engineering / Integration. • Practical experience across cloud and on-prem (e.g., Azure/AWS, VMware, networking basics). • Able to draft high-level designs, integration maps, and Option A/B/C analyses with costs/risks. • Experience engaging vendors: reviewing SoWs/estimates, challenging assumptions, and clarifying demarcation. • Working knowledge of security-by-design, identity/IAM, and data protection principles. • Strong documentation skills (diagrams, decision logs, design packs).

Facilities Building Supervisor / Manager - Data Centre The Facilities Buildings Supervisor is responsible for all Data Centre buildings. This is a pivotal role within a 5 DC campus The key objective of the role is to work with the team to take ownership of the DC s (excluding critical plant) and drive towards operational excellence. Ownership encompasses everything from the physical building fabric to the coffee machines in the occupied office space, so there is a high workload which needs careful planning and prioritising. The Building Management Team are responsible for the maintenance and enhancement of the buildings, including efficiency, quality and fabric across the site, ensuring that all buildings are maintained in compliance with industry best practice, legislation and relevant ISO standards, that they are energy efficient and serve our teams and customers perfectly. The role takes ownership of delivering building management projects aiming at continuous improvement of service quality and environment. The role will work in conjunction with Risk & Compliance to ensure compliance with all legislation across all buildings. This means working closely with our major FM providers to ensure the paperwork and tracking is always correct and available. The role is responsible for the oversight of subcontractors and the surrounding H&S within the works in scope of the team, and the correct management of all assets relating to the scope such as fire doors, water access, emergency lights etc. Effective maintenance of existing building fabric and grounds, and responsibility for the planning and delivery of fabric enhancements as a Strategic Plan • Management of the project works relating to the maintenance or enhancement of the buildings, including RAMS, permits and completion sign off. • Explore and communicate innovations in building management and DC fabric to manager • The team is responsible for the management of site compliance. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety, Environmental and Business Continuity legislation for fire safety, environmental management and business continuity practises. To maintain procedures and records to include but not limited to; risk assessing against all fire separation, detection and fighting systems, environmental and continuity process to for fuel and generator power, etc. • Ensure Business Continuity and disaster recovery plans are documented, tested, implemented and maintained with the DC Buildings Manager. Previous experience of working to and within ISO regulated processes and procedures like • ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 22301, BS OHSAS 18001 H&S, ISO 50001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001.
