Digital Print Finisher Location: United Kingdom Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: 25,000 - 35,000 per annum (depending on experience and shift pattern) About the Role We are looking for an experienced Digital Print Finisher to join a busy commercial print production team. You'll be responsible for the final stage of the production process, ensuring printed products are finished accurately, efficiently and to the highest quality standards before dispatch. Key Responsibilities Operate and maintain digital finishing equipment including guillotines, laminators, folders, creasers, perfect binders, booklet makers and digital cutting tables (such as Z nd, Summa or Kongsberg). Finish both small and large format print to customer specifications. Trim, weed, mount and apply self-adhesive vinyl graphics to a variety of substrates. Produce signage, POS displays, exhibition graphics, banners, labels, window graphics and promotional materials. Carry out quality checks to ensure colour consistency, alignment and finishing accuracy. Read job tickets, artwork instructions and production schedules to meet production deadlines. Package completed work ready for dispatch. Perform routine equipment maintenance, report faults and maintain accurate production records. Maintain high standards of housekeeping while following Health & Safety and COSHH procedures. Skills & Experience Previous experience within commercial print, digital print, bindery, signage or large format production. Experience operating digital print finishing machinery. Good understanding of commercial print production processes. Basic IT skills and the ability to work with digital workflows. GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths. Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong communication skills and a positive team-focused attitude. Experience with Z nd, Summa, Kongsberg or Esko systems would be advantageous. Forklift licence, First Aid or Lean Manufacturing experience would be beneficial but are not essential. Working Hours Production operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Day shifts: 6:00am-6:00pm on a rotating shift pattern, including weekends and Bank Holidays. Permanent night shifts available on either Monday-Thursday or Friday-Sunday 12-hour shift patterns. Overtime may be required to meet business demands. Large Format Print Production & Installation Technician Location: Golden Cross, East Sussex (near Lewes) Salary: £29,000 £32,000 DOE Job Type: Permanent Full-Time Hours: Monday Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm (30-minute unpaid lunch) + overtime available The Role We are seeking a Large Format Print Production & Installation Technician to join our growing team. While the primary focus is signage installation, you'll also support the production and finishing of large format graphics within our workshop. This is a varied, hands-on role involving the installation of signage, exhibition graphics and vehicle graphics across the UK, with occasional international travel. You'll also operate production equipment, maintain quality standards and help deliver projects on time. Key Responsibilities Install a wide range of internal and external signage to a high standard. Apply vinyl graphics to windows, walls, panels, vehicles and other substrates. Carry out standard vehicle graphics and branding installations. Conduct site surveys, recording accurate measurements and site information. Resolve on-site installation issues safely and professionally. Support the day-to-day production and finishing of large format print. Operate large format print and finishing equipment (training provided where required). Prepare materials and maintain a clean, organised and safe workshop. Work closely with colleagues to meet production schedules and customer deadlines. Represent the business professionally while working on customer sites. Skills & Experience Minimum two years' experience in signage installation or graphics production. Proven signage installation experience with excellent attention to detail. Confident working independently and as part of a team. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel. Reliable, professional and customer-focused approach. Experience in large format print production is advantageous. IPAF, PASMA, CSCS or similar site safety qualifications are desirable. Vehicle wrapping experience is beneficial, although training can be provided.
