Experience / Qualifications: Must hold the BOHS P402, P403 and P404, or RSPH equivalent Strong track record working as an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst, within a UKAS accredited company Good working knowledge of HSG 248 and HSG 264 guidelines Signed off to work on both commercial, industrial and domestic premises Good literacy and IT skills Strong interpersonal skills The Role: Conducting management, demolition and refurbishment demolition asbestos surveys across commercial and domestic sites Safely collecting samples from site for analysis Writing bespoke technical survey reports with floorplans Undertaking 4 stage clearances Carrying out the full range of air testing, including: smoke, background, personal, leak and reassurance Meeting with clients to advise on findings Wearing correct PPE at all times Ensuring asbestos removal projects run in accordance with safety guidelines Maintaining strong working relationships with clients Alternative job titles: Asbestos Surveyor, Asbestos Analyst, Asbestos Site Analyst, Environmental Consultant, Asbestos Inspector, Asbestos Consultant.
