To enforce the Building Regulations and allied legislation in the capacity as a Registered Building inspector under the Building Safety Act 2022. Manage development proposals through the Building Control process from the pre-application stage through to completion on site of applications deposited to the Local Authority or as required as part of a multi-disciplinary team for the Building Safety Regulator.
