This role also entails the management of smaller compliance areas, which include, but are not limited to; the oversight of other heating systems, door entry, and alarms. Key duties will include; Updating and managing compliance for electrical and gas safety. Work with wider maintenance and compliance team. Collaborate with external contractors. Use in house software and Microsoft programmes. Ensuring quality and performance of contracts. Based in Kidderminster and home based working three days per week.

We are seeking experienced professionals to undertake Stock Condition Surveys, Domestic Energy Assessments (DEA), and Retrofit Assessments on housing properties. Using a tablet device, you will record property condition, energy efficiency, and compliance with housing safety standards. Duties will include, Conducting stock condition surveys to assess the remaining lifespan of key components (e.g., kitchens, bathrooms). Evaluating the internal and external condition of customer properties. Using HHSRS (Housing Health and Safety Rating System) to identify health and safety risks. Carrying out EPC assessments as a qualified DEA.
