I am currently recruiting for a Gas Engineer working for a housing provider in Bradford, this is a contract role working on gas boiler servicing. Carry out Landlord's Gas Safety Inspections, Day to Day repairs, Installation & Servicing of domestic gas appliances in tenanted and void properties either owned or managed by the housing association. Provide Out of Hours coverage on a rota basis (if contracted to do so) to maintain an out of hours breakdown service to our customers Carry out Domestic Gas Servicing and Responsive Repairs /installation and all other elements of "gas "work" either as an individual working on their own initiative or undertaking these activities and duties as a member of a specialist/contract team. Work on your own initiative and plan your daily work in the most efficient and effective way with supervision and guidance provided by the Senior Gas Repairs Manager and Senior Gas Service Manager. Must have CCN1, CENWAT1, HTR and CKR1

We are currently looking for a Groundworker in the Dudley area working for well-established Housing association. As the Groundworker you will be responsible for, Slabbing Paving Fencing Pointing Ideally you will have experience of working within a similar setting and have relevant qaualifications.

We are seeking experienced professionals to undertake Stock Condition Surveys, Domestic Energy Assessments (DEA), and Retrofit Assessments on housing properties. Using a tablet device, you will record property condition, energy efficiency, and compliance with housing safety standards. Duties will include, Conducting stock condition surveys to assess the remaining lifespan of key components (e.g., kitchens, bathrooms). Evaluating the internal and external condition of customer properties. Using HHSRS (Housing Health and Safety Rating System) to identify health and safety risks. Carrying out EPC assessments as a qualified DEA.
