We are seeking experienced professionals to undertake Stock Condition Surveys, Domestic Energy Assessments (DEA), and Retrofit Assessments on housing properties. Using a tablet device, you will record property condition, energy efficiency, and compliance with housing safety standards. Duties will include, Conducting stock condition surveys to assess the remaining lifespan of key components (e.g., kitchens, bathrooms). Evaluating the internal and external condition of customer properties. Using HHSRS (Housing Health and Safety Rating System) to identify health and safety risks. Carrying out EPC assessments as a qualified DEA.
