The Accessories Product Technologist is responsible for ensuring all accessories are developed and manufactured to the required quality, safety, performance and fit standards. Manage stock levels across multi-site warehouses using ERP systems (SAP Business one & GS) Create and adjust min/max levels across over 1000 SKUs based on demand forecasts and sales history. Work in close partnership with, Warehousing, Sales, Production and external partners (factories, freight forwarders, customs agents). Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve delays, damages, or discrepancies during the shipping process. Maintain regular communication with key stakeholders regarding order status, risks, and updates. Analyse data trends to ensure the right stock is in the right place at the right time. Achievement of key KPI s such as on time delivery rate, container utilisation rate, inventory turnover rate and freight cost per unit rate.
