An opportunity has opened for a Network Support Engineer to join a small, friendly support team within an established business based in Keele, Staffordshire. Commutable from: South Manchester, East Derbyshire, East Nottinghamshire, Shropshire, Cheshire, West Midlands. The focus will be supporting business customers across multiple services including Ethernet, broadband, voice (VoIP and PSTN), security, and hosting. As the Network Support Engineer, You'll be operating at a 2nd line level but also covering some 1st line responsibilities.
