Purpose: To support the Marketing Manager to effectively develop and deliver a robust marketing strategy for TVS SCS UK & Europe and marketing plans for each target sector that we operate in which are aligned with the overarching company strategy. This is a busy and varied role where you will be working with a number of internal and external stakeholders to support the development and growth of the TVS SCS business. The role covers: A broad range of both off and offline marketing activities across the business Supporting the Global Marketing Community on new initiatives Supporting brand awareness of TVS SCS through an increased digital marketing presence Main Duties & Responsibilities: Support the Marketing Manager to execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that positions TVS SCS as a prominent global supply chain organisation, encompassing the entire marketing mix. Assist with the creation of high-quality content for various marketing materials on/off-line. Support & maintain a content marketing calendar for organised and consistent content delivery. Social media management including LinkedIn and Twitter. Update and upload content to the TVS SCS website to enhance SEO performance. Assist in brand building efforts through on/offline campaigns ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints. Play a role in tracking and evaluating marketing campaigns using analytical software, assessing their outcomes. Support the planning and organisation of events and webinars. Support the creation of press releases, thought leadership articles and case studies to generate positive PR coverage. Oversee TVS SCS branded merchandise and collateral stock. Act as the main contact for external printers. Help to develop internal communications and be responsible for the internal bi-weekly newsletter In The Loop. Carry out Market Research on industry sectors and competitors to gain an understanding when implementing sector-based marketing plans. Deliver all marketing activity on time and within agreed budget. Work closely with the New Business Development team to formulate comprehensive sector plans. Work closely across departments to provide marketing support. Knowledge, Skills & Experience: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Marketing/Digital Marketing Degree or equivalent Ideally a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, not essential Proficient knowledge of Digital Marketing including tools and analytics Solid grasp of marketing principles & strategies for achieving company objectives using a variety of methods and techniques. Thorough understanding of customer behaviour and market dynamics. Purpose: We are seeking a proactive and adaptable Senior HR Advisor to join our team during an exciting period of business transformation. This role is responsible for delivering expert HR guidance, supporting managers with employee relations, and ensuring compliance with employment law and company policies. Main Duties & Responsibilities: Advisor to managers providing expert guidance on a wide range of HR matters including employee relations, performance management, absence management, disciplinary, and grievance issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policy. Lead on core employee relations activity across the business, including the effective management of complex cases such as long-term absence, grievances, disciplinaries, and performance concerns, ensuring timely and legally compliant resolution. Partner closely with HR Business Partners to support the successful delivery of people change initiatives, including organisational restructures, redundancy consultations, and TUPE transfers, ensuring processes are compliant, well-communicated, and support both employee experience and business outcomes. Production of data for people change aligned to TUPE or redundancy processes Coach in partnership with HRBPs first-line managers to confidently manage people matters, embedding a proactive and consistent approach to policy and process application, and enhancing their capability in leading high-performing teams. Support the consistent implementation of HR policies and procedures, acting as a subject matter expert and championing best practice in line with current employment law and organisational values. Purpose: To lead and manage a customer-facing, technically-focused Commodity team that provides Product Quality Assurance, Technical Audit and Authorisation for hundreds of food products required for the provision of Food to Armed Forces personnel. Main Duties & Responsibilities: Provide leadership and Subject Matter Expertise to Team Leidos Defence Food and develop their skills and talents. Ensure that the Technical Manager and Food Technologist post holders are suitably experienced and qualified to carry out the activities required of the role. Engage with the individual food supply contractors to ensure that procedures and process are implemented and operating effectively for the following: o Ordering food. o Delivery and receipt of food. o Issue of account numbers and accounting procedures. o UK and Overseas exercises. o Ordering for Ships & Submarines. o Quality Assurance. o Operations, Periods of Crisis and War. Deliver the Defence Food element of Commodity Support Services to ensure the customer receives quality products On Time In Full (OTIF). To develop and improve/refine Food Commodity Process and Procedures. Utilising the Technical Manager and Food Technologist post holdersto maintain a Food Safe Environment and Deliver an assured safety and environmental system for procured Food items. Engaging with Defence Food Category ensure that all pre-tender Commodity documentation is completed to standard. Lead development In-Contract of all ORP componentry. Maintain constant liaison with both UK & Overseas Contractors to ensure that the contracts are operating effectively. Ensure that all applications for Overseas Exercises have been checked, acknowledged receipt and passed to Defence Food Commercial for action by the Food Technologist allocated to that task. Ensure liaison between the Contractor and Unit has commenced. Deal with Unit enquiries that Overseas DFP Contractor is not able to answer and ensure all end of Ex procedures are correctly observed. Prepare for and attend all quarterly Contract Review meetings to lead on feedback on food contract issues, Core Range reviews, supply chain issues and general feedback. Lead on compliance of ration pack menus, components and quality compliance with the Defence Food Quality Standards. Ensure that Defence Food Commodity Team verify appropriate certification provided by potential contractors including 3rd party certification, HACCP, QMS and any issues relating to safety, quality and legality. Assist in the scrutiny and evaluation of documentary evidence of compliance with UK/EU legislation and ability to comply with requirements for food quality. Ensure that procedures for the testing of food and non-food items are agreed. Oversight of field user trials in conjunction with the nominated military unit and the collation of the results of both the in-house testing and the field user trials for use in the contract award evaluation. Arrange funding for 3rd Party testing of a range of non-food products supplied by bidders for packaging performance (minimum burst strength, water resistance, compression strength), Chlorine content of water purification tablets, Heating capability of ration heaters and fuel. Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications and Experience: Experience in leading and managing a specialist team. Experience of military Food Services and Provision. Experience of analytical, problem-solving, communication, time management and decision-making skills.
