To deputise in the Branch Managers Absence and supervise the team working in our Trade and Retail Store. This new Estimator position has come about due to new business in and around Norfolk/Suffolk. The Estimator will be required to prepare quotations and tenders for projects. The individual must be numerate and have the ability to quantify and price materials, labour, plant from tenders, specifications, technical drawings and site notes. Construction industry experience is essential while interior fit-out experience would be an advantage. The Estimator will have great attention to detail, be able to problem solve and keep detailed records. They need to be a good communicator and able to build a rapport with customers. The individual must work well under pressure and be able to organise/prioritise their own workload. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and career driven.
