About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Proven experience in a General Manager, Operations Manager, or senior leadership role. Previous experience within the skip hire, waste management, recycling, transport, logistics, or related industry is highly desirable. Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams. Excellent commercial awareness and operational management capability. Sound knowledge of health & safety and compliance requirements. Exceptional organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills. The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively. A full UK Driving Licence.
