Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams. Excellent commercial awareness and operational management capability. Sound knowledge of health & safety and compliance requirements. Exceptional organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills. The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively. A full UK Driving Licence. The Company supports a wide range of clients in the safe and environmentally responsible disposal of their hazardous waste. Due to expansion, a vacancy currently exists for a Graduate Site Chemist. The main purpose of the role is to conduct acceptance analysis on incoming waste, ensuring that wastes are suitably and safely stored on site and dispatched from site. This is a trainee role, on a temporary contract and you will be provided with full, on the job, training, with the aim of developing into a permanent role. The role will involve you actively working on the transfer station both in and outdoors.
