I'm currently working with a leading UK university on the search for a Financial Analyst on a 12-month fixed term contract. This senior role is based in the south west of London with hybrid working available. The Finance Analyst will play a key role in supporting the University's strategic and operational decision-making through high-quality financial analysis, modelling and insight. Working closely with senior stakeholders, including SLT and Finance Committee, the postholder will translate complex financial and non-financial data into clear, actionable intelligence. The role supports budgeting, forecasting, month-end and year-end processes, contributes to the University's medium- and long-term financial planning, and provides leadership and development for trainee finance staff. This is a highly visible role requiring strong analytical capability, stakeholder engagement and a collaborative approach within a higher education environment. Experience Required: Experience working within a Higher Education setting Part-qualified or actively studying towards a professional accountancy qualification (ACCA, CIMA or ACA) Proven experience in financial analysis, management accounting, budgeting and forecasting within a complex organisation Strong Excel skills, including advanced formulas, pivot tables and financial modelling Experience analysing large, complex data sets and producing clear, insightful commentary for senior stakeholders Ability to communicate financial information effectively to non-finance colleagues Experience supporting month-end and year-end close processes Demonstrable ability to work independently, manage competing deadlines and deliver to high standards Previous experience within the Higher Education sector (or similar public sector environment) highly desirable Line management or mentoring experience desirable If you are interested, please apply now!

Capital Project Manager/Estate Business Partner We're working with a large, complex higher education organisation to recruit an Estate Business Partner to play a key strategic role within its Estates Division. This is a senior, autonomous position responsible for aligning estate strategy, service delivery and capital investment with academic and operational priorities across a defined portfolio of buildings and space. Acting as the primary liaison between Estates and senior stakeholders, you'll shape long-term estate planning, influence investment decisions, and ensure high-quality delivery of estates services ranging from capital projects to day-to-day operations. You'll oversee a substantial and varied estate portfolio, providing strategic oversight of capital programmes, life cycle maintenance, space utilisation, sustainability initiatives, and data governance. Working closely with academic leaders, professional services and estates teams, you'll translate requirements into practical, future-focused estate solutions while driving performance, value for money and continuous improvement. Project Manager 500 per day outside IR35 Midlands based University Hybrid - 2 days per week on site Higher Education background is essential Looking to speak with Agile Project Managers to join the team and lead the day-to-day management of their complex implementation. The role involves coordinating multiple suppliers, engaging business and IT stakeholders, and ensuring delivery aligns with agreed milestones and outcomes. - Proven experience managing large-scale digital transformation or CRM/ERP implementations. - Strong understanding of delivery and integration of Salesforce. - Understanding of Azure-based integration and identity management. - Coordinate with product owners, business leads, technical architects, and suppliers to prioritise and sequence work effectively.
