The role does require a driver and has the potential to become a permanent job for the right person. As a Housing Officer you must have experience dealing with tenancy sign-ups, housing benefit applications and property inspections. We can consider candidates who have worked as a Housing Support Worker or Housing Officer but experience working in social housing is essential for this role. As a Mobile sales & service Technician, you will be responsible for: Diagnosing damaged/burst hydraulic hoses on a wide variety of machinery and repairing onsite working from a mobile workshop/van.
